How does it work?
1. Select product; 2. Select number of times to deliver; 3. We will follow-up with you via email to confirm delivery dates; 4. We will deliver flowers on desired dates and send you the photo after the delivery is made.
If I want to order flower placement but there is no vase at the grave, what are my options?
All of our arrangements come with complimentary plastic vase resistant to the weather elements.
Can I select exact delivery dates?
Yes, with some exclusions: If your desired date falls on Sunday or Federal Holiday – we will deliver a day before. For major floral holidays: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas – we will deliver in “the week of” – up to 5 days in advance of above mentioned holidays.
What are the benefits of cemetery flower placement program?
Apart from the peace of mind knowing that your loved one will have flowers honoring and celebrating them, cemetery flower placement program offers cost saving. We charge only one single delivery fee for any of the packages we offer. Buying multiple placements can save you from 2-11 delivery fees.
When are flowers removed from the gravesite?
Flowers are removed either during cemetery clean-up or when another placement arrives. Cemetery clean-up is completely out of our control. Each section of the cemetery is cleaned at different time. It is fully at the discretion of cemetery employees if and when the flowers will be removed.
What if I do not know exact location of the grave?
We can locate the grave if you provide us following information: Full name, date of birth, and date of death
What happens to the flowers after removal?
Flowers are discarded after removal.
What if I would like to customize the bouquets and/or delivery frequency.

What if I want to pay month-to-month?
We offer monthly subscription for all of our services. You would be charged a full price and delivery for the first month, and would receive 10% OFF on every other charge for the next 11 months. Your price would be guaranteed for the year and you can cancel any time as long as it is 24 hours before the delivery.
