Flowers Arrive Un-hydrated: To safely transport fresh flowers, they are shipped dry. They will look limp, tired, and "asleep" right out of the box. This is completely normal. They require immediate processing and hydration upon arrival to fluff up into full, cloud-like blooms.

They Are Unarranged & Unprepared: These are raw floral materials packed tightly in farm packs. You will need to carefully separate the tangled branches, trim the stems, strip any lower foliage, and design the arrangements yourself.

Delivery Timing is Critical: Do not schedule these to arrive on the day of your event. You must order them to arrive 2 to 3 days prior to your party to allow at least 48 hours for proper hydration and blooming.

Understanding the Bulk/Farm Packs: Our premium baby's breath is sold in professional 250-gram farm bunches, not by the individual stem. Because nature doesn't grow stems evenly, selling by stem count can be unpredictable and leave you with bare, woody twigs. Selling by weight guarantees you receive a consistent volume of white blooms. One 250g bunch is a generous handful that fluffs up once hydrated to approximate 10”-11” diameter ball. Always count your total bunches to verify your order.

Order a 10% Buffer: Fresh flowers are fragile. It is normal and industry-standard for up to 10% of bulk material to arrive damaged or broken from transit. Please factor this into your total count when ordering for your event.
