How does your grave site flower placement service work?

  1. Select Product: Choose from our fresh or high-quality artificial flowers for grave sites.
  2. Choose Frequency: Select the number of times you would like the flowers delivered.
  3. Confirm Dates: We will follow up with you via email to confirm your requested delivery dates.
  4. Delivery & Photo Confirmation: Our team handles the direct cemetery flower placement on your desired dates and will email you a photograph after the delivery is made.

What if there is currently no vase at the grave site?

All of our arrangements come with a complimentary, weather-resistant plastic ground vase designed to withstand the outdoor elements, ensuring your tribute stays securely in place.

Can I select exact delivery dates for cemetery flowers?

Yes, with a few operational exclusions:

  • Sundays & Federal Holidays: If your desired date falls on a Sunday or a Federal Holiday, we will deliver the arrangement the day or 2 before before.
  • Major Floral Holidays: For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, we deliver during "the week of" (up to 5 days in advance of the holiday) to accommodate cemetery rush periods.

What are the benefits of a cemetery flower subscription program?

Our cemetery flower placement program provides a meaningful, hassle-free way to honor and remember your loved ones when you cannot visit in person. Regular, scheduled flower deliveries ensure grave sites are beautifully maintained throughout the year, offering comfort to families and creating a lasting tribute.

When are flowers removed from the grave site?

Flowers are removed either during routine cemetery clean-up or when a new floral placement arrives. Please note that cemetery clean-up schedules are completely out of our control. Each section of the grounds is cleaned at a different time, and it is fully at the discretion of the cemetery employees when arrangements are removed.

What happens to the flowers after they are removed?

All floral arrangements are discarded by the grounds crew after removal.

What if I do not know the exact location of the grave?

As a local flower shop located right across the street, we can help find the plot. We can locate the grave if you provide us with the loved one's full name, date of birth, and date of death.

Can I customize the bouquets or change the delivery frequency?

Absolutely. Please call our shop directly to inquire about custom floral designs, specific flower types, or alternative delivery schedules.

What if I need to change a scheduled delivery date?

Simply call or email us to change your upcoming delivery date, and we will adjust your schedule.

Do you offer a month-to-month cemetery flower subscription?

Yes, we offer a monthly subscription for all of our grave site flower delivery services. You will be charged full price for the product and delivery for the first month, and you will receive 10% OFF every subsequent charge for the next 11 months. This guarantees your price for the entire year. You can cancel your subscription at any time, provided it is at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
